Though that may depend on how long you have been involved with your bugsquad & beagle work. If you've been involved for a couple of months or so you should be fine. It's always good to get at least one existing member vouch for your efforts though, they can do that either at the meeting or by mailing community-council@lists.ubuntu.com Good luck!
